Senior Physiotherapist

Fremantle, Perth WA (Hybrid)

Part time

$102,000 – $131,000 per year

The Brain Physio is on the lookout for our next Senior Physiotherapist to join the team!

This role is stepping into a Perth-based established adult neuro caseload, with plenty of support and space to grow. If you love neuro rehab, value work–life balance, and enjoy thinking a bit differently, this might be your thing.

    • Fremantle/ SOR region

    • Start date: February 2026 (ASAP)

    • 0.6–1.0 FTE (3–5 days, your choice)

    • Stroke, ABI/TBI, FND (strong focus), concussion, vestibular, dystonia, CP, MS, Parkinson's, Other Neurological

    • Mix of clinic, home visits and hydro

    • Strong focus on staff wellbeing, support and lifelong learning

    • Re-Activ Education Brain Bytes membership included ($1500 value per year) + PD Leave

    • 4 weeks annual leave + 2 additional weeks of leave per year (purchase leave or leave without pay) - optional

    • Tiered bonus structure for increased renumeration for those who like to be busy

    • Autonomy with independent caseload and WFH admin time

    • Flexibility: choose your days and hours (Mon–Fri), use timesheet to log hours in fortnight (you don't need to seek approval to start an hour late to go to that medical appointment

    • 5+ years physiotherapy experience (Neurological rehabilitation and/or vestibular rehabilitation preferred)

      • Would also consider a musculoskeletal therapist with chronic pain experience with a desire to move into a Neurological Rehabilitation setting

    • Curious mindset (willing and open to try new ways of working)

    • Passion for own personal development (we practice what we preach)

    • A holistic approach and appreciation in the power of both eastern and western medicine practices

    • Interest or experience in Functional Neurological Disorder (large part of caseload)

    • AHPRA registration

    • Post Graduate studies in Neurological Rehabilitation

    • Formal brain imaging training (Clinical Radiology)

    • Formal vestibular training and/or concussion training

    • Formal Bobath training (IBITA)

    • Formal dry needling training
